✓ When do I receive my marketing each month?
Your next month’s marketing is delivered on the 20th, so you have time to review and plan.
✓ How is everything delivered?
Your monthly plan, content, templates and resources are organized in one email, with links to anything you need to customize or download.
✓ What social platforms is the content designed for?
Primarily Facebook and Instagram. Videos can also be used for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
✓ Do I have to use everything every month?
Nope. Use what makes sense for your business. The plan is there to make marketing easier, not give you another checklist to feel behind on.
✓ Will my marketing look like everyone else’s?
Nope. We give you the strategy and starting point, with plenty of room for your personality, perspective and brand to come through.
✓ What email platforms can I use?
We recommend Mailchimp, but any email platform that allows you to paste in custom HTML should work. HTML is simply the code that builds your finished newsletter, so you’ll paste it in rather than design it yourself. The newsletter itself is not editable, but we’ll show you exactly how to use it.

✓ What’s the difference between Foundation and Ruby?
With Foundation, we create the plan, content and resources and you implement them.
With Ruby, we take that same plan and brand, load and schedule your recurring marketing for you. Being a Ruby member also opens you up to additional support options.
✓ What exactly does Ruby Key schedule for me?
Your monthly newsletter and planned social content. We handle the branding, setup and scheduling.
✓ What do I still need to do with Ruby?
We can’t replace you! You’ll still film your videos, connect with your sphere and handle the things that require you. We take care of the planning and recurring behind-the-scenes marketing work.
✓ What does “coordinated” mean for sphere campaigns?
We’ll brand the marketing pieces and help organize the details. You’ll still handle things like purchasing gifts, delivering pop-bys or running your event.
✓ Do you respond to comments or DMs?
No. We schedule your content, but your conversations stay yours.
✓ Do you film or edit my videos?
Nope. We give you ready-to-film scripts and prompts; you hit record. Video editing or other custom help may be available separately through Ruby Member Perks.
✓ What’s included in Ruby Set-up and how long does it take?
Setup takes 3–5 business days. We’ll establish your branding, contact information, goals and voice, then connect the platforms. Prefer to schedule things yourself?
No problem. We can handle the branding and leave the scheduling to you.
