Every subscription includes up to 10 participating agents. As your organization grows, you can add additional groups of five agents at any time.

Absolutely. Simply let us know through your monthly update form, and we’ll update your participating agent list.

We currently manage newsletters through Mailchimp or Constant Contact. If you don’t already have an account, we’ll help you get everything set up during onboarding or we have an option that allows you to upload and manage your emails yourself.

If you choose the featured section option, you or a sponsor has the ability to add a custom section every month for content like announcements, educational content, promotions, or updates you’d like included. This section does have limited spacing and image requirements. 

You do. Your contacts remain in your organization’s email platform at all times.

The only exception is if you are a solo agent who signs up for our managed system, which is run through our Mailchimp account.

Very little. Each month you’ll complete a short update form with any announcements or changes. We handle the writing, personalization, scheduling, and ongoing management.

Most programs are ready to launch within 5–7 business days after we receive your onboarding information.

Every participating agent receives the same professionally written core content, personalized with their own contact information and signature. Your organization’s featured section can also be customized each month with announcements, educational content, or promotions.
