Plus: Access to Ruby Member Perks for additional marketing, admin, listing and transaction support when you need it.
Getting Started: Your $99 Setup Fee is charged when you join. Once we receive your completed onboarding form, we’ll prepare your Ruby Welcome Materials and begin setting up your branding and accounts. Your Welcome Materials will be ready within 3 business days.
Monthly Billing + Delivery: Your first monthly membership payment will be charged on the next 10th, with billing continuing on the 10th each month. Your upcoming month’s marketing will be prepared, branded and ready beginning around the 20th.
Please Note: Ruby includes content licensing and managed marketing for 1 agent. For 2+ agents or multiple brands, please see our Team & Brokerage options.

How it Works
1. Tell Us About You
Complete your onboarding form so we can get to know your brand, voice, goals, and business. Your $99 setup fee covers this initial setup.
2. We Get Everything Ready
Within 3 business days of receiving your onboarding form, we’ll prepare your Welcome Materials and get the accounts and details we need for your ongoing marketing in place.
3. We Take It From Here
Your membership bills on the 10th, then we get to work customizing, branding, loading and scheduling your upcoming marketing.
4. Your Marketing Keeps Moving
Around the 20th, your next month’s marketing is ready to roll. You show up for the parts that need you , filming videos, connecting with clients and building relationships, while we work behind the scenes.
