Can I customize the newsletter?
Yes. Every partner program includes a featured partner section where you can share announcements, promotions, educational content, events, or sponsor messaging each month. Need even more customization? You can also add a custom newsletter section or apply for a fully custom newsletter program.
Who owns the contact lists?
You do. Your organization and participating agents always maintain ownership of your email lists. Ruby Key simply prepares and manages the newsletter content.
How long does setup take?
Most programs are ready to launch within 5–7 business days after we receive your onboarding information.
Will all of my agents receive the exact same newsletter?
Every participating agent receives the same professionally written core content, personalized with their own contact information and signature. Your organization’s featured section can also be customized each month with announcements, educational content, or promotions.
Is there a contract?
We ask for an initial 3-month commitment to allow time for onboarding and to build consistency with your audience. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
What if I don't have content to submit every month?
No problem. If you don’t submit featured partner content for a given month, we’ll automatically include a professionally written financial or homeowner insight so your newsletter always feels complete and valuable.
